1. Eligibility

2. Account Registration

Accounts found to contain false information will be suspended and balances may be forfeited.
3. Deposits and Withdrawals
The minimum deposit is £10 across most payment methods. Bank transfers require a minimum of £20. Deposits process instantly for cards and e-wallets; bank transfers take 1–3 business days. The minimum withdrawal is £20. E-wallet withdrawals complete within 24 hours after KYC approval; card and bank transfer payouts take 3–5 business days. The daily withdrawal cap is £5,000; the weekly cap is £20,000 and the monthly cap is £50,000. Betzino charges no internal fees for standard deposits or withdrawals, though payment providers may apply their own charges. Paysafecard is not available for withdrawals.
4. Bonus Terms
All bonuses at Betzino are subject to wagering requirements that must be met before any withdrawal of bonus funds or associated winnings. The welcome bonus carries a 35x wagering requirement applied to the bonus amount only. Weekly reload promotions carry a 40x wagering requirement. Slots contribute 100% toward clearing wagering; table games contribute 10%. Bonuses expire 30 days from activation — unwagered funds and associated winnings are forfeited at expiry. Only one active bonus is permitted at a time. Betzino reserves the right to withdraw any bonus offer, modify terms or cancel promotions with notice.
5. Prohibited Activities
- Using the casino for money laundering or any fraudulent purpose
- Opening multiple accounts to claim bonuses more than once
- Providing false identity information during registration or verification
- Using any software, tool or strategy to gain an unfair advantage over the house or other players
- Allowing a third party to use your account or sharing login credentials
- Exploiting software errors or glitches — any winnings generated this way will be voided
6. Responsible Gambling
Betzino provides deposit limits, loss limits, session time reminders, reality checks and self-exclusion tools accessible from the account dashboard. Players who wish to self-exclude should do so through the account settings. Permanently closed accounts cannot be reopened. 7. Account Closure and Termination

In the event of account closure due to fraud or policy violation, the remaining balance may be withheld pending investigation.
8. Intellectual Property

10. Limitation of Liability
Betzino provides its services on an "as is" basis. Purple Bay B.V. does not guarantee uninterrupted access to the platform and accepts no liability for losses arising from technical issues, connection failures or third-party payment processing delays outside its reasonable control. In jurisdictions where liability limits are not enforceable, Betzino's total liability to any player in respect of any single event shall not exceed the amount deposited in the immediately preceding 12-month period.
11. Governing Law and Disputes
These terms are governed by the laws of Curaçao. Any dispute arising from the use of Betzino Casino that cannot be resolved through the support team should be escalated to the Curaçao Gaming Authority under the terms of Licence No. 8048/JAZ. Betzino commits to good-faith engagement with all formal complaints received in writing via email within 60 days of the event giving rise to the dispute.
